Who We Are
Welcome to the Lancaster University Mountaineering Club website! We are a student-run club in the North-West of England, running trips to the best walls, crags, and mountains the British Isles has to offer!

We are an active club with weekly meetings and wall sessions, socials, and weekend day trips to crags in the Lake District, and the Yorkshire Dales. We run a variety of weekend-long trip throughout the year to the Lake District, Peak District, Eryri National Park and Scotland, along with many other little training sessions and special events.We also have a competition climbing team that competes against other universities nationonally.

HARDSHIP FUND
As a club we're lucky enough to have alumni that donate money to form our hardship fund. We want LUMC to be as inclusive for as many people as possible, and aim to provide assistance in paying for trips, gear etc for people who need it.
